The Tuscaloosa Mini Hyrox combines 4km of total running with 8 functional workout stations (SkiErg, Sled Push/Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmer's Carry, Lunges, and Wall Balls). We've halved the standard distances to create a race that is pure gas from start to finish.

Located at the beautiful Munny Sokol Trail Head, our venue offers the perfect backdrop for this high-energy event. Trade the fluorescent gym lights for fresh air and open trails. Whether you are sprinting through the 4km run or grinding through the sled push, you'll be doing it in one of Tuscaloosa's premier outdoor spaces.
